My recent stay at Holiday Inn El Paso West - Sunland Park was delightful. the location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway, yet my room was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful environment. the very comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the spacious room was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the variety of options offered catered to different tastes, and the breakfast staff, especially the sweet older lady, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. His friendly and accommodating demeanor truly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Although the night houseman, Brandon, was also friendly and respectful, I must mention that the one-star deduction was solely due to his service. Nonetheless, the rest of the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Overall, Holiday Inn El Paso West - Sunland Park exceeded my expectations with its warm hospitality and comfortable amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in El Paso, especially for those looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and exceptional service.
